September Workouts

Monday- Strength Workout
Start your week by building strength. This workout is designed to be completed every Monday, with the aim of gradually becoming stronger over time. Each week, try to increase the weight you use or complete a few extra repetitions within the allocated workout time. Focus on good technique, stay consistent, and celebrate the small improvements that lead to lasting results.

Thursday- Cardio Workout
Today’s workout focuses on keeping your body moving and your heart healthy. Push yourself to work a little harder than last week by increasing your pace or reducing your rest periods where appropriate. Progress doesn’t have to be dramatic—even small improvements each week add up to significant changes over time.

Sunday- Rest!
Today is your opportunity to rest, recover, and prepare for the week ahead. Recovery is an essential part of becoming stronger and healthier, allowing your muscles to repair and your body to recharge. If you feel like moving, enjoy a gentle walk or some light stretching, but most importantly, take time to rest, reflect, and thank God for all your body has accomplished this week.

Tuesday- Cardio Workout
Today’s session is all about improving your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Work at a pace that challenges you while still allowing you to maintain good form. As the weeks go by, aim to cover a little more distance, complete more rounds, or increase your intensity within the same amount of time. Every step is strengthening your heart, boosting your energy, and improving your overall fitness.

Friday- Strength Workout
Finish the working week with one final strength session. By now, your body is adapting, so don’t be afraid to challenge yourself with slightly heavier weights or extra repetitions if your technique remains solid. Building strength takes patience, but every session is another step towards becoming healthier, stronger, and more resilient.

Saturday- Cardio Workout
End the week with an energising cardio workout. Whether you’re walking, jogging, cycling, or even swimming, aim to stay consistent and enjoy moving your body. Try to improve your endurance or intensity a little each week, remembering that progress comes from showing up regularly.
